By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you signify your unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or guardian, and they agree to these Terms on your behalf. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

2. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Termination by User

You may delete your account at any time by navigating to your profile settings in the App and selecting "Delete Account" or contacting us at testytroove@gmail.com.

Responsibility for Use

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content in the App, including but not limited to recipes, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, and software, is the property of Testytrove or its licensors and is protected by law.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or exploit any App Content without our prior written consent.

4. User-Generated Content

Submission of Content

The App may allow you to submit content such as recipes, comments, photos, and ratings.

License Grant

By submitting content, you grant Testytrove a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it for operation and promotion.

Representations and Warranties

You represent that you have the rights to your submitted content and it does not violate any laws or rights.

Content Standards

You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or objectionable content.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Gain unauthorized access to systems or user accounts.
• Post or transmit harmful or offensive content.
• Interfere with App performance or integrity.
• Engage in data mining or scraping.
• Send unsolicited promotions or spam.

6. Termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and your data may be deleted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Testytrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Testytrove and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
